I am Yasemin, an independent advisor with a PhD from Cambridge and over ten years of consulting experience at leading firms.
I come in, when your organisation needs support in defining the right people strategy, designing the structures and operating models that support it, and building the capabilities needed to sustain performance over time.
The underlying question in my work is: where does your organisation stand, where does it need to go, and what needs to be done to get there. To answer these, I work across organisational levels, from C-suite strategy to operational reality and adapt methods and frameworks to what each organisation needs.
