    I supported the executive board of a DAX 40 company in developing a new people strategy in line with the organisation's vision and mission

    How?

    • Design, planning, and realisation of workshops to develop the people strategy including new people values

    • Execution of focus groups across the organisation to pilot new people strategy and values

    • Coordination of alignment processes and stakeholder alignment across the organisation and seniority levels

    Outcome?

    I supported a DAX 40 company in developing and implementing a Learning & Development (L&D) maturity assessment

    How?

    • Design and planning of an assessment across the L&D operating model to evaluate the maturity of the L&D organisation across the company and its subsidiaries

    • Execution of the assessment across the company and subsidiaries and analysis of the results

    • Interpretation of the results for the company’s maturity and development of recommendations to increase it

    Outcome?

    Establishment of an annual maturity assessment to monitor progress and targeted recommendations to improve L&D maturity for the company and its subsidiaries

    • I designed an integrated strategic framework to communicate how the HR department supports the company’s business success

    • Analysis of the as-is global HR organisation and governance structure and of the HR requirements for the digital transformation
